At first - albeit I was more than groggy yesterday morning - I was confused. “Must’ve been some Halloween party where everyone dressed as runners…that was busted this morning by the cops, now everyone’s fleeing!” I thought… But they kept coming by the thousands!
But, of course, it was the New York City Marathon - going right by my apartment! - and it inspired me!
I will never, NEVER, NEVER run a marathon in my life, ever…
EVER!!!
